Through the Forest and Farm Facility Project, MJUMITA, in collaboration with experts from SIDO-KATAVI, has successfully facilitated training on value addition for beekeeping products. The training covered how to use honey to make candles, powder soap, bar soap, shampoo, hair steaming products, lotions, and hair oils. A total of 40 participants from various groups within the Mlele District Council benefited from this training. The initiative aims to boost incomes, reduce reliance on forests, and increase youth involvement in forest management.
